So this mini dress is made out a thick ribbed knit -- some kind of synthetic -- is this Lurex? I am not up on my shiny sparkly fabrics 
-- with different colors of sparkly thread woven into the back, so that when it stretches over the body you can see slightly different colors in the ribs. It has a very mod look, with the high bateau or low mock turtleneck (?) neckline. No tags; the waistband is that sort of wide stiff elastic I associate with 60s-70s garments, and the stitching appears like an older type of overcast. The cuffs and hem are unfinished -- the knit is itself pre-finished. I am pretty stumped by this, though it's a cool and fun dress. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks!
