Am I 60s or 80s on this sweater???

At first I thought this was a late 50s, early 60s cardigan, but the shoulders at 18" fall over the arms and the arm length is 20" (outside) with cuffs turned up. Was that style in the 60s ??? or am I 80s?

Any labels or is it handknit?

No labels, and it is not knit, it is sewn - flannel like material on the outside.

early 1960s methinks because of the sewing, the fabric was around in 80s too, but it looks earlier in the xmas holiday style..too
