Am I Right On this?

I listed this a couple of nights ago on ebay and now am having some doubts.

I still don't care too much for 80s, but I like this one. It is
by Nicole Miller and the print reminds me so much of
Keith Haring's subway graffiti. Does it say the same to you?

It's saying early 80s Betsey Johnson to me... but it's probably just my limited terms of reference! I had a panne velvet purple dress with that exact ruching and sewn-on look...

Kind of like a rock album in a dress (sorry don't know the graffiti artist)
