Amazing Vintage Victor Costa, 62-63ish??

This is an amazing dress! Romantica by Victor Costa. I have searched and searched and this is probably one of the oldest Costa's I can find on the web right now. I am thinking around 62-63 perhaps.

It's absolutely gorgeous in a silvery blue with silver and gold metallic thread and tons of pink and blue rhinestones on the bodice. The high waist is heavily gathered and it has a nice full skirt without being to bulky. I absolutely adore this dress.

Does anyone know about the Costa Romantica label??

Sorry...no help on dates. (I would have guessed late 60's or early 70's...but that is just a wild guess)
