I have done a ton of research on this label- it has all the letters of LANVIN in it. Does anyone know or has anyone ever seen it? Its on the attached scarf photo.Thanks!

Never seen this! The signatures I've seen on Lanvin scarves (all eras) were loud and proud about the name.
 
If single letters I would expect J to be in it too. or something with JL. They used that a lot in the past. This doesn't ring Lanvin to me also on a level of colours and pattern. In the 60s and 70s they were pretty wild.
