What the heck is it called? 50's, right?
It's almost like a cape but it has sleeves!..
Bell shaped sleeves.
I just need to know what to call it to get attention to it.

I love that jacket!! Looks like you can tuck your hand in the bottom lapel like a little pocket? Looks comfortable, too. When I have to wear a coat, I like to be able to just throw in on and run.
 
Tori, something is twigging with me that there is a name to that
type of long shawl collar with the pocket feature. I'll see if I can find any info.

Make sure to use 'poodlecloth' in the title.
