Andre Peters Two piece Dress & Jacket Any help to date or about designer.

Hi could anyone help me date or give me any information about this lovely little two piece i picked up in a charity shop over the weekend. I have Googled the designer and there seem very little that I can find about him or his designs, maybe I'm just not looking in the right places. This is my first time using this forum so sorry if I've made a bit of a mess of adding my pics, hope I've come to the right place for help

Based on the style, label, and backed by a few VFG references it appears to be late 60s to me.

There is a passing reference to Andre Peters in the VFG label Resource under the Thierry Mugler entry.
