Anniversaire Hat

I don't like asking for help until I've exhausted my own attempts at research. I can't find anything on this hat. It is stamped inside, ANNIVERSAIRE, Body Made in Austria. What do I call the style? Age?

Anniversaire is most likely not the hat maker, it is the name of the manufacturing company that made the felt body for the hat, which was imported to the USA or other country where a hat manufacturer or a milliner made it into the final shape and style. It is probably a nice fur-felt, not wool. The style looks like a modified Breton or schoolgirl.

I would guess early to mid 1950's.
