Another amazing dress - need help dating.

I think this is polyester but it has a sateen kind of finish and no stretch. It has a nice sheen to it and it almost feels brand new - like it's never been worn. No label - looks handmade but very well done.

1.5" hem on bottom and 3" on side slits with lace. Side slits are 9 inches and rounded. Seam goes down the middle on both the front and the back. Fabric belt is wide at the center, narrower at each side.

I was thinking 60's, but I'm really unsure on this one. It's also much more stunning in person.

looks late 60s to 70s. asian style, mandarin collar, frogs at the throat. from here the fabric looks like polyester.
