I found these two ads ( I think they are from 1969) on a site called the "Historialist"....I love the second one....i wonder if it's a reference to some famous Italian sculpture/statue.

It got me thinking about Chevrons.....I'm reading they 'reached their peak' of popularity in the 70s....
