Another Dress that I need assistance with.

I am thinking 40's, but I am not sure about the fabric. It is a little stretchy. not sure if it is Viscose.

It looks like nylon jersey in the photos, which would mean it has to post-date feb 1946 (nylon was not commercially available from March 1942 - Feb 1946 and it wasn't being used for making dress fabric before March 42 (well it was, but not commercially - it was still in the experimental stage).
