Antique/Vintage French "Peasant" Clothing

Hello friends! I have amassed a fair amount of French antique and vintage "peasant" clothing, many are hand-sewn, and/or are machine-sewn with hand-sewn patches. I'm wondering if anyone can help me with dating these items, please? I'm having trouble with the worker's coat, and I'm baffled by the knit corset? The other one must have belonged to a child, as it is tiny. I can't find anything similar online (I also have some knit underwear that resemble contemporary women's undies?) Lastly, I'm wondering if it's worth it to ship these to the States, in order to sell in my Etsy shop? As always, thank you ever so much!
