These pieces of both HUGE!!! I belive from the late 1920's. The collar was removed from coat..HELL NO I don't know why the took it off....I asked where the coat was and they told me they THREW IT AWAY because it was old and thougth no one would want to wear it!!:barf:
Anyway they did say it was from the 20's...and I think the muff matched the coat but not positive.
The fur on the collar is more of a softer full fur, while the fur on the muff is a bit coarser, long and sleek and shiny.
So any help on what type? They are both Jet Black.
The camera made this photo look a little lighter in areas.
The muff is lined with silk and believe it or not it is still in excellent condition.
