Any idea, 1940's or 50's? no label?

Style looks to be 40's? Not sure any thoughts. Does have thin triangle shaped shoulder pads that appear hand stitched.

With the exaggerated "pannier" pockets and collar styling I would have said late 1940's and possibly 1950-51.

WOW....stunning. It looks very Adrian inspired to me. Be sure to check the inside seams all over the inside for labels or remnants of a label. I see late 1940's. I am drooling over this...it is really special!
