Any ideas about this unmarked skirt?

Hello Everyone!
I found this adorable skirt at a yard sale and am wondering if anyone can tell me if I'm track with the dating - or if you recognize the pattern or cut. The only tag it has is the red, white and blue union label, so I was thinking 80s or maybe 90s? I'm thinking it's cotton or a blend, and it's got a metal zipper. It's downright adorable but I have no idea who the manufacturer could be or how old it is!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

That looks like an 80s print to me & BTW that's a coil zipper with a metal pull. I love the colors.

It reminds me of the Nicole Miller patterns from that time.

Here is a link to a NM silk square. The only label is a silk fabric label (upper right corner). There was no Nicole Miller label.

Thank you, all!!! Much appreciated The sale where I found it was a lot of fun - tons of 80s things (also found a Nolan Miller glitzed up jacket!!) so I'm guessing the former owner was into all things 80s!! I also found a huge scarf - no label - but it reminded me so much of Mr. Dino's prints! Here's a quickie shot...


And if I have time later, I'll post a photo of some funky pumps that have Egyptian cats carved and painted on the heels (seriously and deliciously gaudy!!!)
