Yes it says Vogue on the zipper that’s all. Very old satin on the inside

I see the shots of the interior and it definitely looks older, zipper looks to be metal as well.
I would guess at 1950s, really tough call on this one. The crests would either be crests from countries or families.
Really cannot help with the maker on this.
