Hey all,
Wondering if there is a way to use the numbers here to date these 'classic' riding/working boots by Boulet? Heel says "Biltrite"
Thanks for any guidance?
Lauren

To my knowledge Biltrite is the brand name of the replacement rubber heel and unrelated to the boot maker/brand.
They share similarities with some Bally flat boots I have of my mother's from the early 90s - the high top, half lace/half hook fastening, and the pattern of the upper construction. I believe they were a fashion boot style, with a nod to the victorian, which is probably where you're seeing the classic work style from.

I agree, the early 90s when Edwardian boots were in fashion again. I had a pair nearly identical in black/grey then. Kenn still has his brownones. Those speed lace eyelets at the top are typical of early 90s boots.
