Anyone Have a Clue what the Signature is on this Skirt?

Cute circle skirt with birds and the graphics are signed - but I don't have a clue how the sig reads.

I'm hoping that everyone else is not
as clueless as me!

Well, it looks like gossip to me. Maybe that is the title of the print. Birds sitting on a line gossiping?
