Jean (or Joan) Kenler- 40s or 50s
MPC Fashions (Pennsylvania)- 50s or 60s
I searched online for an hour to no avail...

! I've had a look through my own reference books. I've one entitled 'The Fashion Book' by Phaidon which lists designers (and photographers) spanning 150 years. However, I've not been able to find anything. Sorry! Perhaps another member will know something.
