Anyone know this label?

I cannot seem to find anything on google or other search engines on this label:

I even searched here...the private site.....and the VCA.

Anyway, it is on this cute 2 piece dress and jacket. The jacket features buttons on the back for closure and is very short. The dress is rather full and sleeveless:

What would you call this back treatment?

I also need some help with keywords since I don't think the label would be a good one to use.

Isn't a "racer back" more of a "Y" back?
