Anyone know this label?

Has anyone ever seen/heard of this label, Tonino? This is the only tag on the dress, and Google turns up nothing on this name in relation to apparel. Dress is very well made--lace overlay on nude lining and a high-quality velvet skirt. It IS 60s, isn't it? Thanks!

The font reminds me of another label.. which is no help. Nice dress though - hopefully will speak for itself!
