Anyone know this new Twiggy label?

This is from a new with tags sweater I saw in a thrift store. The trademark site has the Twiggy name as of Feb., 2007, registered to a UK company, Twiggy International Limited.

I'm assuming there is no relation to the vintage label, nor to Leslie Hornsby. Right????

I thought she owned the rights to the name? Saying that, I've seen many cheapie clothes with Twiggy labels so it's possible people do it, get sued and move on to another name. Either that or she makes a good living renting out her name for clothing? Might be at odds with her M&S contract now though ;)
