Anyone recognize this label?

Hi--

Picked this up in a Santa Cruz thrift store. Very well made. Wool with leather accents. Satin-lined. No other information in this jacket but the label, which I just can't figure out.

Not sure if this is vintage 80s/90s or new.

Any help appreciated!

That label looks very similar the one in an artsy/avant garde paint splatter suede & leather vest that I found in Orange County years ago. I was able to find a little info about the designers (I recall it being a couple of people) at the time but don't remember at this moment what the names were. I'll try to find this item in my closet and see if it's a match to yours!
 
I'm seeing two names with an ampersand between. The second name looked like Mary __ to me as well.
 
This was my first thought as well. Like two designers collaborating. I see "Toshi" in the first part of the first name...and that name ending in "i". I see "Mary" in the second as well but then get lost in the cursive.

Ah, struck out on this end. The vest I have is a "Terry + Toni". The similarity to your label ends in it being handwritten with metallic pen. Oh well!
