Has union tags so definitely vintage but cannot find information about this brand anywhere...help?

Hmm....I can see why it's hard to find information "CI" is not easy to Google.

Could you post a pic of the entire dress? Seeing it, and having a sense of the era might be helpful.

Pics of the other tags will help too. I assume when you say union tags, you mean US so that helps narrow it down a bit, perhaps search business records?

Tag style looks '90s but more information helps lots.
