I think it’s probably circa 1980s but not sure.
Because of the wool mark, the earliest it could be is 1964, but I don’t think it’s that old.
That Scottish wool label, with the thistle, next to the wool mark, is interesting, I have seen it before but not often. I wonder how long it was in use. I found some trademark info which gives a date range of 1959 to 2001, but I think it probably fell out of use long before the trademark was cancelled.

I have observed elsewhere that ‘makers of weatherproof garments’ starts to drop off the labels in the 80s, but this is a subjective opinion, not a certainty
The combination of labels is giving me an 80s vibe, but I’d be interested in other opinions.
