Are high-waisted bikinis in?

I've recently been looking at vintage bikinis like these and I wanted to just get some thoughts:

• Does anyone wear high waisted bikinis?
• Do you see other people wearing them?
• Are they back in fashion?
• Thoughts on the higher tan line?

Any input would be appreciated before I click buy!
