Are these peep toes 30s or 40s?

I was very happy to find these at the antique mall today. The seller said she bought them hoping I would come by!

The style is fairly simple but believe it or not they are amazing... Why you ask? Because they are a size 10 1/2!!!! Holy cow!

I am thinking late 30s to early 40s but I'm not sure.

Do you think these would be best to list on RL, Etsy or Ebay??

Its difficult to date these types of shoes because they are conservatively styled and didn't change much - versions from the mid 1960s look like 1930s walking shoes. However the V shaped throat of these two pairs are typical of the 1940s but I suspect they are post war, perhaps even into the early 50s.

The black ones look older than the beige ones and they might be wartime but the beige ones are postwar - primarily because you don't really get beige shoes before the late 40s - white and pale grey are typical 1930s colours but beige is a very post war colour. Also open toes are introduced in 1938ish so they are new in the late 1930s and continue in popularity until the early 1950s before subsiding in use.
