They are in good condition, but they do have lots of condition issues - scratches etc. They are also made of that old composition, like old mannequins - they aren't even fibreglass, which many mannequins were in the 60s.
They belong to someone else, but there may be a transfer to our museum at some point but I'm not sure how useful they are. If I was recreating a late 1960s boutique window the mannequins would be artifacts rather than props to show the garments. They would be great for Mary Quant or Marimekko, or something like that, with big paper flowers... otherwise, they are just too specific to be useful for much else.
I asked the experts. These are not from the 60s, but the 80s 90s and later when the Big Heads cartoon ones were popular.
The boobs are too perky for the 60s. Also, the 60s men were not this anatomically correct.
I worked with 60s and some older mannequins.
60s mannequins come apart at waist.
And unless the heads come off, they are hard to dress and only open neck and buttons work.
