Asian Ceremonial Gown? Wedding Dress?

No tags, but it does not look hand made. I packed it away with my summer stuff so I need to pull it out if there are material questions.

The sleeves have a stiff crinoline like netting in them that make them stand up straight

Any ideas? I have researched like mad. Haven't found a thing.

Yup, those are Philippino - there is a name for the style, but I have forgotten what its called, but its definitely a traditional Philippino style.

Agreed - Filipino. The distinctive feature are the sleeves, they're called Butterfly Sleeves.

It is definitely Phillipino and I believe the dress is called a terno.
