Asian Inspired FULL skirt Dress ?? no label

I have found this gorgeous dress and it has no labels :-(
As you can see it is Asian-inspired Vintage with a AWESOME full skirt
Can anyone provide any information ?

hey there - yes we luv it too !! it's really awesome. my daughter modeled it and it just fit her
it's got a nylon zipper with metal (aluminum?) zipper pull -- sorry I'm new at identification of vintage eras, etc. !!
the fabric is a rayon/nylon blend maybe ?

btw - it looks as though someone has sewn up the center cleavage area - there are 2 hook-and-eyes there, so I'll have to remove that to bring it back to original
