Authentic Dress? Or not?

Does anyone know how to verify the authenticity of a designer dress?
I found this little mini dress at a thrift shop. I loved it because it looked 60's to me.
I don't believe its ever been worn, as the tags are still attached, and its in perfect condition.
It seems to be of extremely good quality....

The labels read "ROCHAS PARIS". But I can't read the care label or tag as it's in another language.
The "ROCHAS PARIS" label looks kind of faded/blurry in my photo(I think its the lighting), but the letters are actually very solid and clear.
Anyone have any clue?
Is this real?

Hmm. It's a modern dress, but it is very 60s looking. I like it! I think the price written on as 1000 NT is the Taiwan New dollar, so if the price is 1000 it converts to $30.88 US (according to the currency converter, I don't just know that, lol!).

The font looks like the one used by Rochas but I haven't seen a label myself so it's hard for me to say. Hopefully someone who knows more will come by and help you out!

The international care labels puts this dress to after 1971 (I think it was 71 when the picto-care labels started, it might have been 1972 or 73) THe dress looks more like a later revival of the mini to me, and could even be only a year or two old. I wasn't even aware that Rochas was still in business after the 1950s, and it could be that a manufacturer bought the name to make garments in later years. That has happened before.
