I am wondering about the label on this vintage wool plaid suit....what year, or era could it be from? 1960's? I altered the length of the skirt substantially, to modernize it enough to wear the suit to work.

Oh my, it has been several years since I hemmed the skirt, but I am guessing it was around 24" from waist to hem? Thank you.
