This label doesn't appear on the label resource...

From this bathing suit/bikini:

The RN # on label dates to about 60's but I have a feeling this is an 80's suit. What do you think?

Definately 80's -- unfortunately, RN#'s are notoriously inaccurate forms of dating, since the #'s stayed the same over long periods of time.

What fantastic colors! Almost like a Hawaiian stained glass print!

I THINK the flower looks like a hibiscus -- it's kind of arty, which makes it hard to be positive. But I think you'll be safe with saying it is ;)
