Beaded bag

Can anyone help with the date of this beaded hand bag? It's 8in along the bottom, and 6in at the top. It's height is 4in. The beads are the smallest I have ever seen. The the gold, green and copper threads are similar to a chain stitch. The interior is hand sewn to the metal, and the handle are oblong links, with alternating open, and twisted links. There are tiny seed pearls along the top, and on the fastener. Thanks for any help.
