beaded Bandolino shoes - 70s or 80\'s?

Haven't seen a beaded ankle strap like this before - it's elasticated and quite pretty on but I can only find information about Bandolino being popular in the 80's and not much else. Was the brand still being used in the 90's? I don't know if these could be later.

Thanks Jonathon, I missed the note when I had a quick look for Bandolino. Any idea when these are from?

Also wanted to ask if the beads look original as I suspect the elastic has been replaced.
 
That style (early Bling, I call it lol) was really popular around 1990.
