Beautiful blue coat, no label, goat print lining...cashmere?

There is a hint of a colorful big label that was snipped out of this coat, so I have no label help. The nappy wool is soft...quite soft actually. When I saw the lining I wondered if the goat could be an indication of cashmere. Any thoughts?

I tend to think it must be cashmere; I've never seen that discerning goat before, but that makes perfect sense.
