Bed jacket pleating

Hi all! Recently acquired a very pretty bed jacket that I’d like to sell however the pleating on the back is a little wonky. Any ideas on how to straighten this? Or would you sell as is? It’s a cotton blend - Eve Stillman.

Can you do something like use a pants hanger across the bottom with the pleats as straightened as possible, then steam the pleats? I mean the type of pants hanger that grips all the way across, not just with two clips.
