I originally did not have any intention of collecting much past the early 60's mainly becuse you have to have a cut off point and 20's to 60's seamed to be the logical one.

Two original mini dress came my way and I bought the psychedelic reproduction (green white black) one and started to play around with the look, and have had fun!
I also receive very mixed reactions from people over this period saying that the earlier more elegant and formal period suit me a lot better.
Whilst you should follow your own path or instincts, there is also a balance to work out between look ridiculous for he sake off it or putting time and resources into something you can do better.

Mod in my view is a more fun free period but I think i not just nailed it yet, honest opinion most welcome as to should I give it up and go back to the 50's and 20's my other two favourite periods.

If I had legs that good I'd wear minis! I like the psychedelic repro the best I think, love it with the wig. Don't stop, keep on having fun!

They're both great looks! It's hard to decide because they're both SO different! I would say just dress depending on your mood :drinkingtoast:

The dress to the extreme right no no no....The cut of the next one is better... An A-lined shape is better for you. You must go for the high hair. The beehive. I htink they have wigs or there is a way to do it with hair peices. Or try an pompador......

You can wear what ever period you want just make sure you have a good fit on the dress......

Oh and a strong strong lip you would not beleive the difference.....
