belt replacement

Yuk!
I have a "leather" belt that has deteriorated badly. It's really yukky. The buckle has Xs and Os so belt is probably a Paloma Picasso knock-off.

Any suggestions for finding a leather replacement. Claire

What color is it? Is it cream? I have a cream belt just like that one. Gold tone buckle?
