Ben Sherman Mens Shirts

I have some vintage Ben Sherman mens shirts..I can not find any information on dating them by the style of the label. Could someone lead me in the right direction?

I have tried researching Ben Sherman before and had a terrible time finding anything helpful about the older stuff. Plenty of new things out there though.

Will be interested to see your shirt and responses.
 
From a 2000 article:

"...Ben Sherman, a 37-year-old British firm that introduced American-style poplin button-downs to England in the 60's was, for a while, shirt maker to the Beatles and the Rolling Stones."

and from a 2004 article:

"The management team that transformed Ben Sherman from an Ulster shirt-maker into a global fashion brand yesterday scooped a £14m windfall after the business was sold to a US clothing giant..."

Please also note that Ben Sherman makes a lot of vintage style shirts and prints - so dating can be hard sometimes. The labels generally give them away though. I agree that posting pics will get the best results.

I sometimes sell modern BS shirts in my shop, because although they're not actually vintage, the styling can be really spot on.
