Best suggestion for a tall double-bar garment rack

I'm trying to make a portable setup that's basically a traditional rack, ala these:

But with two tiers for jackets up top and shirts & pants below. You might think this is easy, there are plenty online like this:

The problem is one of height. No option like this I've found, with both bars in-line (so not staggered, like this: )

is tall enough. The reviews for the in-line ones show the problem. The top garments are all crumpled. I bought this one thinking it would give enough clearance:

but nope. Things get crumpled both up top and below :\. I need something nice and tall with plenty of room for both tiers. The trick is for it to also be portable, on wheels, etc. (there are plenty of bulkier, stationary options more akin to traditional dressers.)

Thoughts? Suggestions? Thanks!!
 
I'd be wary of any of those being able to hold the weight of a shop, or being moveable for pop-up sales. I haven't done a pop up market in a while, but I usually do one or two rolling chrome racks (I don't roll with everything on, I add after I set up). I've lost numerous of those portable chrome with overweighing for my home set up. Now I'm all Z racks at home. They actually go higher than any of my chrome, and hold more weight. And, I see they sell a bar you can add for a middle rack. It's not staggered, though - but something to think about. I know I pack as much on as will fit, to the detriment of numerous flimsy racks! Definitely not as collapsible as the easy, throw in the car ones, though.

So since posting this, someone recommended those exact ones to me. They look great, but I'm still after the perfect solution (or as close as I can come). I'll explain: my ideal is one that goes up to 72"-80", has a second bar, but is not full length. Here the almosts:

Proper length, but not tall enough. All good, I can add to it with these:

That just leaves the second bar, which I haven't yet found in the right size.

Almost wonderful- height adjustable to what I need with a second bar. Just too long.

For option 1., I'm considering maybe using a hanging bar, something like this:

Only problem is finding one that drops low enough (36"-40"), expands wide enough (36"), and doesn't have abysmal ratings :).
