Biggie - need style/cut/year/neckline & fabric info.

Hey!!

Ok, so I listed this like a year ago, it never sold. It's pretty heavy - and the fabric has a sheen to it. Much prettier in person than in photos.

Is it lined or (eeek!) bonded, by any chance?

And - does the fabric sorta look like upholstery weight? Looks to me like 70s? and may be a polyester blend of some sort. Or may be a polyester, period. There were quite a lot of different finishes to polyester, as I recall. My Mom loved that stuff!

Hi there,

It's lined! Not really sure what "bonded" is.
As for the fabric, I can almost guarantee it isn't poly. Doesn't have that upholstery feel to it either.
Reminds of of the material you'd use to make a sharkskin or something, if that makes sense.
 
Wonder if it is a gabardine of some kind. It is hard to tell without a closeup of the fabric.

This is a nice dress, but I think you will do better with it in the Fall. The
dark navy and the style don't translate as Spring to me.

As for date, I would say mid to late 60s
