Bill Blass evening gown

When I first saw it, I felt sure it is from the eighties, after a couple of days I saw seventies, now my mind says "nineties-nineties".
I am also stumped at how to describe this style, except for "beaded evening gown". :help:

The dress is heavily beaded on one side (back and front), has a side split and narrow sleeves. Sorry for really bad pics: will have to redo them when in a better mood, and less of a hurry...

Any input will be greatly appreciated, not too mention the good karma that will be coming your way for helping out an absolute vintage amateur with brain freeze!

The shoulder line and the shape of the sleeves look 80s to me.

Well, it looks more of an 80's style.. I have a suggestion, the sleeve should be slimmer.. It would look like some gowns for today:powwows:
