Oh this is SO wonderful, a dream come true for you. WOW, the amount of work is mind boggling. A true labor of love. I actually teared up a little bit reading about it. If anybody deserves success, it is surely you and your family.

I wish you all the best of success in 2013! I am looking forward to seeing the spring transformation.

So exciting. Once upon a time it was my dream to have an old building and live up and sell down.

It also warms my heart to see old buildings saved and used.

I just came home from 6 hours of cleaning the floor in preparation to the carpet laying tomorrow. I don't want a speck of dust or debris under the carpet when it gets laid.
