Bone necklace?

hi, I'm struggling to date this necklace, I think it looks 60's??

It feels like bone, not sure how to tell if it's China or bone. I haven't cleaned it up yet as I wanted to be sure on what it is made from.

Does anyone have an idea? Thank you.

From your photos, it does look like bone, but would like to see a photo of the entire piece, including clasp, to be more able to date.

I may be off, but this looks more 80s to me now that I see the whole piece......see what others have to say. Possibly something made in India.

I agree with Bonnie. The brass findings/beads look very 1980s or even newer.

Thank you ladies, I did manage to find an identical piece for sale, classed as bone but without a date. ( it was way more than I would have thought)
I will clean it up today.
