BONWIT TELLER Lizard Skin Belt - is it vintage?

I found this belt and more than anything, I want to date it. I know Bonwit Teller was around for a long time. It is made of dark brown lizard skin. I know Bonwit Teller was high-fashion, so I have no idea what to price it at or if it is the 90s-2000's range or "vintage". If anyone can help me figure it out that would be great!!!
