There was a great article in yesterday's Boston Globe about Steampunk in Boston--some great photos (and info, if like me your grasp of this movement is slightly fuzzy), as well as news of two steampunk-themed exhibits in the area.
One is at the Charles River Museum of Industry & Innovation, a short walk down the block from my shop. For some reason, I'd never even known it existed till I wandered in from a riverside stroll during my "break" last Saturday. I didn't have $ for admission at the time, so I just scanned the exhibit--it looked fabulous, and I plan to return tomorrow (cash in hand) and peruse more closely...
(We don't have a smiley with aviator goggles, so sunglasses will have to do...)
