Brady bunch pants?

So... 60s or 70s?

Could they be wool?Feels like wool and looks like wool.

The colors are still so vibrant and alive and the creasing so pristine, it makes me want to go with some poly blend, but I just do no know. The lining seems like a sort of white nylon material, it reminds me of what was once on the back of bed spreads, and just like those bedspreads I recall, it is attached to the back side of the material as if it is fused, sort of like an iron on.

Any help is appreciated.

Could be wool. Both wool and polyester were used with a double knit and sometimes it was a wool and poly blend. It's hard to tell though as these photos are too far away. Could you post a close up of the fabric. Also, can you pick out a small fiber from the inside seam to try a burn test?

I finally did the burn test and I believe it is woven with acrylic threads. Here is the close up requested earlier

i have to say, i've seen some contemporary trousers that look very similar to this pair of yours ~ is there something in particular that makes you sense that they're older, than younger??

They had the remnants of a union tag in them and they are minute... my model is smaller than a 0 and they fit her well. The interior is lined like an old bedspread... they look quite very Brady Bunch up close. Ill try to get some time to post a closer pic

Thank you for all of the help
