Bright Blue Mod style dress

Bought this with the most amazing vibrant colour and groovy pattern on the sleeves. I know the front has a bow but I couldn't do a bow good enough to do it justice!

I think the bow is simply meant to be drawn through the centerpiece and so lay on the dress on opposite sides.
