:hiya: I'm gonna be brave and say this brolly/parasol is 1940s but this is the first one I've ever bought, so I'll leave it to you the experts & c what u think!

I'm no brolly expert but it strikes me as 40's too - perhaps even 30's. It's really pretty and in such lovely condition. The colours are great. Yes, I like it!
 
It has got a kind of 30s/40s feel re the colours and there is a button on the strap which seems to be exactly like, and even the same colour as the ones on my 'fancy/ho down dress' that was narrowed down to late 30/early 40s. Thankyou once again! I do appreciate everyone taking the time to reply on all my posts and give their expert opinion freely. Cheers! :drinkingtoast:
 
Coffegrl, I've only just read your reply. So glad u like it! I'm not sure what I'm going to do with this brolly as I'm quite in love with it too & haven't seen anything around quite like it with such a fab pattern. So I might well keep it for myself lol! Will message u when I've decided but I don't know if u noticed that I'm UK based (thinking of shipping that's all).
